If only they would honor credit cards that are issued with a pin and a zip-code it would only be that much better. I for one can not wait for that to take place since I only use those type of cards to elliminate fruard and ID Theft.

Fast service
Price and quality of the vehicle is well suited for my rental needs which are less than 24 hours.
I travel a lot & rent many cars so I am well versed in the process. I will never rent from Midway again nor will any of my traveling friends & relatives. Midway wrongly accused me of dropping off the car with chips on the windshield. This was after I'd dropped it off & was notified by email. Long story short,many emails back & forth & request to see the damage (which i was never allowed to do), my ins co just paid them. I was treated poorly & falsely accused, feeling like I was scammed.
To extend a rental agreement is inconvenient, however the quality for the value is very good.

Nice price, good attention, nice car
I had a reservation for an intermediate car, but upon arrival was taken to another car agency and told it was the same company. It was not the same company and they tried to give me a compact car at the same price. When I insisted on an intermediate car, I was given a two year old car which had not been cleaned and had 75,000 miles and no gas. I contacted Midway to ask they honor my original reservation but they said they could not that day, but would call the next day. The never called.
car was in top condition..staff were great! will rent car again
