I was very pleased with Midway, it\'s convienient from the airport, and the staff was very helpful. I would definately rent from Midway Car Rental again.

If only they would honor credit cards that are issued with a pin and a zip-code it would only be that much better. I for one can not wait for that to take place since I only use those type of cards to elliminate fruard and ID Theft.

Had a very good experience renting with Midway LAX and got a great price- very happy! I\'m surprised more people have not heard of them! One complaint- Please let clients know if you have car head lights ON when they pick up car! I picked up during the day and went straight to Disney- did not turn off lights as I had not turned them on (my car at home auto turns off!) And came back to dead car at midnight- disney staff boosted car- all OK- but made a long day longer!

I showed up on the wrong weekend mistakenly to pick up car--they didn\'t have it. Even though this was 100% my fault, they found the car on another lot, had it brought over, washed it, and honored the original rate quote. I was blown away. Never any guff for making this mistake, on the contrary, they bent over backwards to make sure I got the car I wanted. Never had any kind of experience like this when renting car at other places--I will try to use them exclusively from now on.
Only negative comment was that the car smelled of cigarette smoke. Don\'t know if non-smoking cars are an option, but they should be. Other than that, this was a great car rental experience.
Fast shuttle service, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff, extra clean brand new Toyota Corolla (500 miles on it), and best of all, only $143 for a whole week\'s rental including all taxes. Will definitely be renting from again!

The only thing I could\'ve wished for was a disclaimer about having liability insurance for California before I proceeded all the way through, but nevertheless, the company was top-notch.
I have rented from Midway 2X before this experience. The 1st time was good, the 2nd time was great, & the 3rd time was aweful & led me to not rent from Midway again. I had insist I wanted a compact car repeatedly until I finally got one. The car I was given was partially beat up and drove poorly. I felt like the staff was giving me the runaround. It was extra disapointing b/c the service was so great the 2nd time. I also couldn\'t extend my reservation over the phone, which I didn\'t like.
