Check-in and Arrivals
In North Terminal, arrivals are located on the first floor and check-in is located on the second. Check-in and arrivals are located on the same level in South Terminal.
Information Desk
Each arrivals concourse has an information desk where multilingual staff are on hand to deal with inquiries, usually 24 hours a day. Public address announcements are made from the desks and they have message boards.

Lost Property
Gatwick Airport's lost property service, operated by the Excess Baggage Company, is located in the South Terminal. Opening times are from 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday and 08.00 to 16.00 on Sunday. Please note that a charge is made for each item.
Porters and Trolleys
Baggage trolleys can be found in car parks, terminal forecourts, check-in and baggage reclaim halls. Porters are also available to assist you.
Car Rental Gatwick Airport
Gatwick's car rental companies are located in the marked car hire buildings on the Lower Forecourt Road at both terminals.
Child Care
Baby care rooms are designated with a bottle or baby care sign. Other changing facilities are located in the gaterooms, in the transfer area and after passport control on arrival. Some washrooms will have fold-down changing tables.
A free play area for children between two and six years is located in the South Terminal Village on the third floor.

South Terminal: Before security control, spend time browsing the goods at Clarks, Coral, The Gadget Store and Virgin. Satisfy your tastebuds at Frankie & Benny's, Pizza Express and Wetherspoon. After security control: check out duty and tax free shopping at Bally, Beach Party, Chocolate Box, Clarins, French Connection, Kurt Geiger and Warehouse. Lounge about in Metro, The Sports Bar and Yates.
