I am concerned about renting from them in the future. Here is why; I rented a minivan as I needed a 6+ passenger vehicle. When I arrived, I was told they didn\'t have a minivan as cars hadn\'t been returned as expected. Then I was told I was LUCKY that I was early as they had 1 left, which means someone had a problem later on. I fail to see how I was LUCKY that the car I reserved and confirmed, was available. I don\'t want to rent from a company that believes a reservation is meaningless.
