As I mentioned the office staff, the windshield wiper fluid was ineffective (it was raining), and the tires (at 18,000+miles) were not effective in the rain - lots of hydroplaning at low speeds. Tires need to be rotated or replaced. The gas attendant overfilled my request, so the office staff offered a 10% discount off my next rental for the overage in gas left int he tank - I though that was generous, however, I spent over $30 more on gas than was needed to bring it back at half full.

The car I rented was FOUR months out of date for both the registration AND the inspection. I got two tickets (which I fo course refused to pay for) for the stickers. It isn\'t fair to do that to renters. Once I realized the stickers were so far out of date I was worried about the safety for both myself and my son. This isn\'t fair to do to customers. I was uncomfortable the rest of the time. The tire pressure light was also on when I received the car but I did not realize it until I was long gone
