i like a the staff at normal manley airport very accomodating especially the agent who assisted me

Rental experience was great

The quota given on the phone was not honoured and the desk staff were not to aware off what had been quoted.This started the whole thing on a bad footing.Apart from this the car and hand over staff were very courteous.

it is always rewarding doing business at this location..The staff are professional.. Thanks for the experince...

The first car given to me was way below standard

I picked up the car at the airport so there was no need for me to be picked up. It was a great experience with Island car Rental.

I made my reservation on September 8 2010 for a car on December 24 2010 and there was no car for me. My reservation # ISLA-SANG-828103. I have rented cars on several times from this company,and they always had a car for me. I had to make other arrangements to ensure my CHRISTMAS plans were not ruined. I am really disappointed with the lack of service that I received, it was really poor. I do hope that if I make another booking a car will be there no matter when.
