Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 20
Age 20 to 22 - Drivers aged 21 - 22 years will be charged an Under-Age Surcharge of US$6.00 per day.
Age 23 to 75 -
Age 76 to A - A
Renters must be 23 - 75 years of age.
Renters 21 - 22 years of age will attract an Under-Age Surcharge (UAS) of US$6.00 per day.
Additional Drivers

Limited Liability Damage to Vehicle Waiver

The Hirer is responsible for the full cost of damage or loss to the rented vehicle. This can be reduced or eliminated by the D.V.W. option listed below:
Limited Liability - The hirer can limit liability for loss/damage to the rented vehicle by paying DVW of US$12.00 per day. The DVW charge per day and the liability for each vehicle type is as follows:
- ECAR, ICAR, FCAR, PCAR = US$12.00 per day/US$750.00
N.B. If this option is taken, the liability amount of US$750.00 will be taken as deposit. These will be refunded if there is no loss or damage to the rented vehicle.
Limited Liability - The hirer can limit liability for loss/damage to the rented vehicle by paying DVW of US$12.00 per day. The DVW charge per day and the liability for each vehicle type is as follows:

Nil Damage to Vehicle Waiver (DVW) with Tyre Protection Fee (TPF)

The Hirer can fully eliminate liability from the full cost in case of damage/loss to the rented vehicle (including road wheels) by purchasing the DVW and TPF at a daily cost of US$30.00 per day for ECAR, ICAR, FCAR, PCAR .
N.B. If this option is taken, a nominal deposit of US$250.00 will be required. This deposit will only be used to cover any balance if the vehicle is kept overdue. This deposit is refundable and can be paid by a major credit card.

The Hirer can fully eliminate liability from the full cost in case of damage/loss to the rented vehicle (including road wheels) by purchasing the DVW and TPF at a daily cost of US$46.00 per day for MVAR, FVMR, SFAR, LCAR.
N.B. If this option is taken, a nominal deposit of US$450.00 will be required. This deposit will only be used to cover any balance if the vehicle is kept overdue. This deposit is refundable and can be paid by a major credit card.

Cancelation Policy
To avoid paying cancellation fee of US$20.00, reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before pick-up date and time.
Reservations cancelled without giving 24 hours notice will attract a cancellation fee of US$20.00.
Insurance and Coverage
Third Party Insurance is included in the rental charges.
Damage to Vehicle Waiver (DVW) - The Hirer is responsible for the full cost of damage or loss to the rented vehicle. This can be reduced or eliminated by the two options of D.V.W. listed below:
Option 1 Limited Liability - The hirer can limit liability for loss/damage to the rented vehicle by paying DVW of between US$12.00 – US$15.00 per day. The DVW charge per day and the liability for each vehicle type is as follows:
- ECAR, ICAR, FCAR, PCAR = US$12.00 per day/US$750.00
- MVAR, FVMR, SFAR, LCAR = US$15.00 per day/US$1200.00
N.B. If option 1 is taken, the liability amounts of US$750.00 and US$1,200.00 will be taken as deposit. These will be refunded if there is no loss or damage to the rented vehicle.
Option 2 Basic Nil Liability
The Hirer can fully eliminate liability from the full cost in case of damage/loss to the rented vehicle (excluding road wheels) by purchasing the DVW at a daily cost of US$25.00 per day for ECAR, ICAR, FCAR, PCAR and US$40.00 per day for MVAR, FVMR, SFAR, LCAR.
N.B. If option two is taken, a nominal deposit of between US$250.00 and US$450.00 will be required. This deposit will only be used to cover damage/loss to road wheels only. It will also be used if the vehicle is kept overdue and therefore leaving a balance. This deposit is refundable and can be paid by cash, travellers cheques or a major credit card.
Tyre Protection Fee (TPF)
As an add-on, clients who purchase the Basic Nil Liability can purchase our Tyre Protection Fee (TPF) and get additional coverage for road wheels. The cost is between US$2.00 and US$3.00 per day depending on the vehicle category.
Fully Covered Credit Cards (FCC) - Renters who wish to decline the DVW options offered by the car rental company must provide proof of damage coverage through a major credit card. It is the cardholders responsiblity to be aware of and to comply with any restrictions or requirements imposed by the credit card company.
By using one of these cards, it means the cardholder is accepting full liability for all loss/damage to the rented vehicle. A nominal deposit will be taken which is for loss/damage. In the event that the sum exceeds this amount, additional funds will be sought on the credit card. The deposit is refundable if there is no loss/damage.
Declining Damage to Vehicle Waiver - Hirers who prefer not to purchase any of our DVW options and who do not have a fully covered card may do so. However, such hirers will be required to leave a deposit equal to the value of the rented vehicle. This is refundable if there is no loss/damage. In the event of loss/damage, the full amount will be taken from the deposit.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) - can be purchased at daily rate of US$3.00. It covers the Driver and up to four(4) passengers in the rented vehicle.
