In 1980, Rocky Dellapenna started out in the car rental business. Back then renting "Heaps" were the way to go with such a small budget for inventory and our customers desire to rent cheap temporary transportation. The business was actually named "Rent-A-Heap". We rented those "Heaps" until 1983 when we changed over to newer vehicles. Now, 29 years later Rocky Dellapenna is stilling renting cars, not "Heaps" mind you, but just about every type of vehicle a customer could want. Champion has a lot of repeat business from loyal customers who are always serviced with personal attention. Our customers are always given the best of everything. From vehicles and rates, right down to the respect they deserve as an individual. We're not like most of our competitors who treat customers like numbers. We take an interest in their unique situation and help them the best we can. That's why after 29 years of owning my car rental business, we are now serving the next generation from our original loyal customers.
