Airport Pickup

After clearing immigration and customs, please exit to the outside. Our Chalis Car Rental representative will be there with a signboard displaying your name for easy identification.

Our representative will then take you to our office, which is located just two minutes from the airport.

Age Requirements

Minimum Age: NONE
21 YEARS OLD to 80 YEARS OLD.

1 additional drivers permitted at no extra charge
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23

License must be 1 years old and older

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: As It Left
Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.

Insurance and Coverage

LIMITED LIABILITY Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) All cars are US$30.00 per day with a US$1000.00 Security Deposit. Hiace, 8 Seater, Grand Vitara, Hyundai Tucson, Nissan Xtrail, Honda CRV, Honda HRV, Suzuki Vitara, US$35.00 per day with a US$1800.00 Security Deposit. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER IS PAYABLE WHEN NOT USING ANY OF THESE CREDIT CARDS. "SOME" MASTERCARD "WORLD", MASTERCARD BUSINESS , ALL CHASE CREDIT CARDS NOT THE DEBIT OR THE DUAL, MASTERCARD DIAMOND PREFERRED, MASTERCARD SIMPLICITY. ALL THESE CARD ISSUED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA COVERS IN JAMAICA. . MASTERCARD AND VISA PLATINUM , GOLD, WORLD, AND INFINITE ISSUED FROM CANADA COVERS IN JAMAICA DINERS CARD ISSUED FROM EUROPE.COVERS. ALL OTHER CARDS DEBIT OR CREDIT WILL ATTRACT THE CDW. CARDHOLDERS MUST DECLINE TO PURCHASE THE CDW WHEN USING CREDIT CARDS THAT COVERS IN JAMAICA THE CARDHOLDER IS RESPONSIBLE TO VERIFY AND REQUEST A COPY WITH THE CARD ISSUER ABOUT COVERAGE AND PRESENT THIS AT TIME OF RENTAL TO THE REPRESENTATIVE. A NOMINAL DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN TOWARDS LOSS OR DAMAGE. IF AMOUNT FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE EXCEEDS THAT DEPOSIT, THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT IS CARDHOLDERS RESPONSIBILITY , THEREFORE CARDHOLDER WILL BE BILLED ON THE CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE. CARDHOLDERS ARE ENTITLED TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THEIR CARD COMPANY. ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SUBSEQUENT CLAIMS FOR REIMBURSEMENT. CHALIS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT A PAYMENT FOR CDW INSURANCE CARDS WITHOUT FULL COVERAGE:-- THE PURCHASE OF CDW IS NOT MANDATORY. RENTERS CAN CHOOSE NOT TO PURCHASE ANY CDW. SUCH RENTERS WILL BE BILLED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE. CHALIS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT AS A GUARANTEE WHICH COULD BE EQUIVALENT OF VALUE OF THE VEHICLE. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT PAYMENT FOR CDW BUT WOULD BE USED TOWARDS LOSS OR DAMAGE. IF THE DAMAGE AMOUNT EXCEEDS THE DEPOSIT, THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WOULD BECOME DUE. THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS not INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL CHARGES.
