It was better than I expected. The staff was nice and the car was great!

I was very dubious after reading some negative reviews on Google, however my fears were unfounded. Although I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come to the office, that was partly because I was early picking up the car. It\'s a small business with few staff. The car had done 130k miles but drove exceptionally well. They waived the excess mileage fees when I returned the vehicle 250 miles over the limit.

The staff at arrival were good. The gentleman at the return was not as good. The car was awful. It was wrecked and had several scratches and dents everywhere. The car was even missing both fog lights. Car was dirty on the outside. Inside was dirty also. The car was not full of gas as marked on the contract and when returned with the needle barely touching full I was charged $15 for less than 1 gallon of gas. I would have argued but the man knew I had less than 40 min to get to airport.

Got a better vehicle but it was not in the greatest of conditions. It drove fine and we didn\'t have problems. Pick up from the airport and drop off within 5 minutes was also helpful. Will be using again.

Had no problems except had to find my own ride back to airport because of very early flight.

Overall good experience.

Rude, aggressive manager at SD office. Almost violent. Rents you a very used car with check engine light, not the compact/efficient car reserved (a new compact was sitting there, but they must prefer renting out a 5 year old Corolla that is DIRTY and has check engine light on, etc.). Very, very bad experience. Unprofessional is an understatement. RUN from this company.

Worse car I ever rented. Car made noises, the engine was vibrating after 15 min. from pick-up, there was no other available car to replace ours. It was smelly, dirty, heating up, & old, we had to hand open the windows! It wasn\'t the greatest value either, I rented lot better cars with lot better values. Not worth-ed. I will never rent from them again, nor will recommend it to any one. My whole trip was ruined, afraid of the car might stop any min.and get stranded on the busy LA freeways!

Waited over 1.5 hours for the pick up. I emailed them I\'ll be late but they didnt check their email. They only have 1 person at the office so the service was slow. I wanted to turn the car but that took over an hour to process.

The worst car we have ever rented. It was gross inside not vacuumed or clean, the car made noises by The second Day. and the Guy didn\'t pick us up till an hour after we called for pickup, even though the rental location was 5 min away! It was inexpensive but not a good value. We will never rent from them again....
