The only problem was that I was initially given a car that had a service light on, but they apologized and quickly gave me another one.

We picked the vehicle up at night and did not notice the vehicle we rented had not been cleaned and the back seat middle section had been broken. As well, the change oil light indicator came on during our trip, further indicating the lack of maintenance on the vehicle.

YOU MADE MY TRIP MUCH EASIER.

Even thou the car was a newer car it was making weird noises.

I did not like to face new charges when I was going to pick the car, since I was not informed about them from the start, not even after sending an e-mail asking if there would be any additional charges (like the one related to the changing of Advantage premises). If you want to have a good name, please be as transparent as possible.

The mini van was nasty dirty, with blood spots, dog hair and and whatever you can imagine, maybe some lice as well.
Even when the personnel was cortoeus, I call regarding the dirtiness and they only offer me to go and clean it somewhere and get the receipt. I would never recommend this place and never rent again

Fees were added for the location facility service that were not in the quote and even when I called that information was withheld. It was a surprise to me at the counter. Not a good start. There are no signs for your company in the rental location, which made it very dufficult to find!

Everything was fine except the car smelled of cigarette smoke all the time. I had to keep windows down a lot.

Everything was great except for the price witch was 130 dollares on the mail they sent but i ended up paying 205 dollres witch i didnt expect. other than that every thing was great.

At Miami rental station, by the time of dropping off the car, the Hertz employee was not really helpfull.

You should have a counter at airport, that way you can multiply costumers.
