1. Shuttle never stops in allocated area. Customers have to jump in front of the shuttle bus to stop it.
2. Shuttle driver did not even bother helping with luggage
3. Requested vehicle was not available. I was forced me to pay for the upgrade
4. Area map was not given, Local Toll Roads rules weren\'t explained that forced me to pay for violation after.
Not sure if it is the LAX location Advantage specific? But it is the Very first unpleasant experience with Car Rental company.

great service and location
as this was the second rental of 2 cars I rented during my stay, please refer to comments made on the previous survey submitted by me.. I was not blown away by my experience renting thru Advantage and considering this was my 3rd rental I probably would not use Advantage again
The experience was fine, my only complaint was that the staff member was pretty pushy with upgrades, add ons and insurance. I was told that my Visa would not cover Liability insurance and that I was required to buy it. I later found out that my visa did in fact cover liability, so I felt a bit taken. That said, the car was in good condition, and it was pretty good value.
Very good and professional service. I will rent again from this company. Waiting for pickup took some time but was acceptable.
have requested an early return for the vehicle hired but have still not received an email reply.
initially quoted a much lower fee but found that once insurances and taxes were added that the overall fee was more than double.
very disappointed considering two cars were hired by myself and mother.
I won\'t be recommending this rental company to friends or family visiting the US
I was surprised for the great experience I had with you. Definitely I will rent with you again. Was little afraid because this is the first time I rented with you.Over pass my expectations.
