Our booking said unlimited miles, but when we picked up the car we were told " unlimited, but in Nevada only, then we consider you have 150 miles a day" - whereas Nevada is big enough to drive much more. The woman was unfriendly and she did not explain anything. At the return people were friendly though, but they don't explain much of what's gonna happen.

Had called prior to getting the car if they had car seats for my 2 year old an the person I talked to said yes an that they were in good condition an were only $5 a day. When I picked car up they had old crappy looking car seats that looked dirty an not very safe. On top of that they charged me $10 or $12 a day!

The rep did NOT inform us that we would be charged a $350 deposit. Instead he rushed through the paperwork, telling me to initial check boxes regarding the insurance, but never pointed out that $350 would be held from my card during the duration of the rental. This is a very big oversight & also should have been announced of at the time of booking online. I have rented cars in about 20 different states & have never encountered a “deposit” that exceeded the cost of the first day's rental.

The car was a little bit weaker than I thought. It was my fault maybe.

We had quote of something on internet and had to pay additional charges while renting the car.We paid for unlimited miles still billing was done for miles (additional $100).Car was not even having central lock and pick up was not good.

Given a different quote when I picked up car. Sales representative was courteous, but not knowledgeable. I received an old car, had to return ithe next day because of worned tires. Next care-problems with driver seat belt. Awful experience.
