This was my 1st experience renting from Acar. It went very smoothly.

You folks made my weekend. I never expected to be able to rwent a car in this city. I drive a 55 foot car hauler to car shows and cannot get around locally unless I can rent a car. Thanks

It was great. The car was where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there. The best thing was the call I got beforehand asking if I was sure that I understood this was Grand Rapids, Minnesota, not Michigan. If I had chosen incorrectly it waould have been great. I love that kind of customer service

The service was excellent and the car was great! Very happy with this entire car rental experience.

Over the course of my two week vacation, my rental vehicle had to be replaced TWICE. The first time the battery went dead and could not be jumped so the agency replaced my vehicle with one that was not as nice as the first. This vehicle made it very difficult for me to read the speedometer, so the agency replaced the car with one that worked for the rest of the trip.
