Third year in a row renting from here and the service is always great.
Very satisfied!!
Not too bad except for the $35 off hours pickup from the airport. They are closed all day Sunday and close at 3 on Saturday. You will be charged an additional $35 if you need your car when they are closed.

Poor car condition (rear view mirror fell off while driving, car horn did not work, poor tire condition, poor driving experience - possible tie rod problem, dashboard meter not working) staff does not care about all of the above even with report. not only staff did not care, i was ignored by the staff and was yelled saying there was nothing they could do because there was no car available.
the staff are very helpful but the car is terrible.

Yellow Car Rental is run by cowboys, I would never rent from them again. The service I received from them is very very poor and I am still fighting with them regarding the poor service and what they have charged me. The charge is not what they have quoted me when I booked with them. I was picked up at Toronto airport in a dirty carpeted filthy car, what what you expect from a rental on holiday to Toronto. i had to change the car 3 times. You should not use them on your website. I am sofrsutrate.
We ended up with a upgrade to our vehicle. It worked great and we had no problems with it. Then only thing is I was charged 35 dollars for a drop of fee since it was after hours. I didnt realize I would be charged this and I didnt realize I would have to drop it off at the office and not the airport. It was an inconvenience since we had to get a cab to the airport.
