New Clean vehicle, gave me a double free upgrade with my Military ID. Easy transaction, pick up and turn in. You do have to call them from the Airport to pick you up, as they do not have a shuttle running all the time. But they were there in a flash.

Overall the experience was ok. The wait time to be picked up and dropped off was way longer than expected but the actual vehicle was good and the rate was acceptable

The first car we received had problems the next day (transmission- wouldn't shift out of 1st gear). The Value Rental Car team switched out the car immediately. It was a little inconvenient to have to take it all the way back to the rental place, but the friendly team are so awesome, it made up for it.

When I reserved a car, I reserved an Intermediate Car (Nissan Sentra or similar) but I received a Nissan Versa which is smaller. When I asked about this I was told it was the same thing. The car had just been returned as I was standing, it was moderately clean with a half tank of gas when I received it. When I reviewed my paper work a few days later, it stated I received a full tank of gas. When I called and asked about that, I received a vague answer so I just dropped it off with a full tank.

The shuttle from the airport took 30 minutes, it took the driver over 45 to bring our car. It was a nice car, yes but. We were told there would be a shuttle every thirty minutes so when we dropped off our car we did not need to worry about getting to the airport. We waited 30 minutes for the supposed shuttle and ended up having to call an Uber. Being late or not showing when your customers could possibly miss a flight is inconvenient to say the least.

Had a flat tire. Where the nail was in the tire was already marked so Value Car Rental no doubt knew there was a nail in the tire. I called them and they told me if I had it fixed they would reimburse me. I could have called their road side assistance but did not saving them that expense. I filled the tire with air and went to the closest tire shop and had it fixed for $20.33. Up to this point they have been unwilling to repay me for this tire repair.
