These guys are the best. Really. It feels like renting from a family in a small town - nice people, friendly, respectful, funny - rather than renting from a Fascist regime in the Eastern Bloc during the Cold War (which is how every other rental agency feels).
You have a great business model! I thought the car value and overall rental experience was outstanding!
From the moment we found Super Cheap, we knew we made the right choice. They communicated promptly with me over What'sApp, sending photos of the actual car we would rent, and answering all questions I had (I had a lot). Upon arrival we were allowed two drivers with only one credit card, and the car was in great shape for an "older" model. We will be back!

The rental experience is odd and it felt shady, even though everything went smoothly. I hate the way they put a hold on my account to cover possible insurance. Office hours were limited so alternative drop off location was hard to find. Medium convenient to LAX (bus to pick location before being picked up and taken to facility). Pros: Very friendly staff, very inexpensive, car in good shape. Would use again, but will want to give lots of explanations before recommending it to someone else.
