Car was dirty. Not used to a rental car not being open on Saturdays. Had to pay for an Uber back to airport. Not convenient at all.

I received an email during a weather delay in my connection city that implied that my flight arrival time would be cutting it too close to their closing time and that nobody would be there when I arrived. I called and expressed my displeasure with the unprofessionaism about what I perceived as a threat to my reservation and cancelled my reservation. Five minutes later I received a call from their owner who preceded to scream at me and threatened to charge my card inspite of the cancellation.

We were running into some problems with our flight and were unsure if we were going to make it on time. When I called to express my issue the owner was very helpful and worker with me. Most place would aren’t as understanding. I will definitely rent from here again next time I’m in California. Thank you
Blown away! The best value for car rentals in CA. While the pickup process isn't quite as easy as the bigger rental places that will send a shuttle directly to the airport, it was still straightforward and prompt.
