My experience with Signature car rental company was not a good one. I informed them that my flight will be delayed, due to aircraft malfunction. The office representative informed me they will be closed at 4:30. My flight would arrive at 10:00pm in Miami. I tried to cancel the reservation, but Sam, said that one of the employees will pick me up from the airport. He reassured me that Eddie would answer my call when I landed. I called twice, no one answered. I'm disputing charges. Pedro Bosques

Overall satisfactory. Had to take an uber to the airport even after paying 20 extra dollars for airport droppoff and a shuttle to the airport

I did not pick the car because when I went to the Office of signature the employe told me the Rental would cost 850 dollars and not the 330 dollars I got in the reservation online. I told him to explain why the cost would be almost 3 times the one I had and that I wouldn't take the car with this cost. He said there were some insurances not included and to go away if I didn't want the car. I didn't understand so I thought it was a scam to steal money and went to the hotel and didn't took the car.

I had a Groupon. I stated I had a Groupon when making the reservation. Upon attempting to get my reserved vehicle using the Groupon, I was told it would not be honored. When I asked, why? I was told, because I said so. When I asked for clarification, I was told that my reservation was cancelled due to my inquiry. I was completely disgusted by the customer service I received. No customer should be treated and inconvenienced the way I was.

Always fast and easy to rent here and the price is amazing especially compared to the other beach renters. The cars are nice. This experience was especially good since I rented the lowest class car and ended up with a mustang convertible upgrade for which I did not even haggle for nor request so a very pleasant experience as all the times before.

My calls to the location were not answered. When I got to the location the agent had left despite the posted hours. I wrote to the company and no one has bothered to write or call me back despite ruining my entire weekend and not to mention the added expenses...i will be filing a complaint with BBB if I continue to be ignored. Cheap certainly is not the way to go in this instance and I highly doubt I will ever knowingly rent from signature!!!!!
