I was picked up by the shuttle more then 45 minutes late. When I arrived at the rental location, they did not have the car I had requested. Then on the return no one was at the desk. I had to leave keys with the receptionist at Holiday Day Inn. No one there to check me out.

The car rental agency was not located at the airport as listed. was a mile away at a holiday inn hotel and we had to pay a $20 cab fare to get to the location. they were not easily reach by phone and not very helpful on the phone. the car was not what we requested but was exceptable.

When we picked up the car it first took forever to have someone come to the front desk & she then proceeded to chit chat with everyone that walked by, instead of focusing on us. I've never waited so long to get a car. Returning the car was quick & easy, granted it was someone else helping us that time. Only bad part was you could tell that the car hadn't been cleaned before we got it (if it was, I would never use that service again...). Car itself was a great value though.

We thought rental was at Miami Int. Airport. We were not told on-line to catch Holiday Inn shuttle or to remember to bring proof of insurance.
