The shuttle van was just about full each time it arrived, so I could not get in. I waited 1.5 hours to get a ride to the rental off site location. Some people got tired of waiting and used a cab to get to the rental agency. There were large groups traveling together, who filled up the van, I thing it would be best to inform people renting large vans to send one person to complete the rental, and pick up the van, then go back to the airport to collect the rest of the group. We rented from Stansted Airport. The Staff was very rude from the begining to the end of check in, they did not hear complaints and give satisfactory answers. Firstly we prepaid the fuel even we did not spent them, secondly they try to overcharge us with fees that other companies do not apply to customers and all these even that we bought an insurance package. Definately we will not use again and suggest nobody does.

Precedure for pick up was not clear, I wait 1 hour at cold before somebody help me. Gps doesn't work for lack of energy after 30 min. It was a big problem for me. Returning car one man of the staff verify that the car did not give electricity to the gps. I ask money back but they didn't at the moment.

After making my booking, I received an e-mail confirming the booking. However, when calling the day before pick up to double check where the car could be collected from, EasiRent then informed me that the booking hadn't been processed as they did not have availability on vehicles. They did not contact me at any point to let me know, and if I hadn't called to check, I wouldn't have known until I arrived at the airport/. The short notice meant that I was unable to hire a vehicle from elsewhere.

Taken for £4.50 over no paper driving licence to back up plastic photo licence ---never asked for on any other rental Bad start coupled with poor pick up arrangements. Car although clean stank of cigarettes
