Didn't get the refund back for the deposit. also the car was in poor condition mileage was 130000. Car was vibrating while driving over 50 mile/hr

No one ever showed up and when the service partner called me he ended up canceling my reservation on me. I certainly hope I wasn't charged any fees.

Arrived at airport with no contact from the company. After multiple calls, finally got someone to pick up, only to find there was no car available. We could wait 3 hours and hope to get a car or we were promised a refund. Went with the refund. Over two weeks later and no refund and almost impossible to get anyone to pick up on their phone number. We were promised last Monday the refund would be coming Wednesday or Thursday "at the latest". Never using them again and rating so on all services.

The staff was helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off where we needed to go. We have no complaints there at all. The car we rented had a slow leak in a tire, and after airing it up, it was low again the next morning. We had it repaired and the tire shop found a small nail in it. The agency said that they would reimburse us the cost, but we haven't heard anything from them since then. We have been home for 4 days and have had no notice from them.

I was charged a couple of times by some unknown company a couple of days before my rental. It would have been useful to receive an email letting me know to expect that, because my credit card company thought it was fraud. Also, the car I received smelled like marijuana. I know that's not the fault of the rental company, but it was very unpleasant and I wasn't able to air out the car or locate where the smell was coming from.
