Couldn't contact the agent. (No answer) after multiple calls. Finally contacted but agent was unable to pick me up at the airport as agreed, but rather had me take the shuttle to car rental place. Then picked me up. Temp tag license plate was expired and check engine light was on (agent acknowledged and said that the company was working on it). Not impressed. Not doing this again. Not recommending.

Overall very satisfied. They did help out in a very unusual situation which I greatly appreciated. It was a little odd that they operated out of a hotel and the car only had an 1/8 tank when I picked it up. Also the gentleman that picked me up at the airport smelled like he had been smoking weed which was a little concerning but overall a good experience albeit unconventional.

Old car, lot of miles, check engine light on, dirty. Car was fine but a lot of little issues. Also, cannot get anyone to reply to an email or give me my deposit back. Two more days until I post reviews on every place I can get my hands on if I don't get my deposit back.

We were surprised at first to be picked up at the airport in the car that we were renting, but the check in and out process were very quick and easy. We did not have any problems with the car or the procedures. KC was very friendly and helpful.

Service and Price so good even to the point when I was picked up at DFW Airport and the nice friendly explanation of Car Rental rules and instructions by Marcus the Representative that I began to think is all this true or a Scam. Thanks for the nice kind, good Service from my first call to rent a Car to the actual day I was picked up at DFW Airport especially with me as a Customer kind of stressful having to plan whole Trip with good prices and correct times involved in whole Trip. My rep KC was very friendly and nice. My only complaint was that he didn’t tell me how full the fuel tank needed to be upon return. I was told I would be billed for it. It had better not be outrageous since he didn’t tell me and it wasn’t in the paperwork.

HAD TO WAIT OVER 50 MINUTES AFTER ARRIVING AT THE HOLIDAY EXPRESS FROM THE AIRPORT. HAD A $1`50 deposit which I was unaware but understood the reason. Was told it would be refunded to my card within 2 weeks which to date has not been refunded.
