Over all very good. The wait getting picked up was a little long, and confusing when turning in the car and getting a ride back to the airport. Still, I would rent a car from ASAP again. Thank you!

We had no idea ahead of time that the rental facility was not at the airport...I wish that had been explained prior to our arrival in Dallas. The car was absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. There were stains on the ceiling that looked like dried blood and mold. We actually had to go to Walmart to buy fabric cleaner to try to get the smell out and had to keep the windows open the whole time to air it out. The driver who picked us up was wonderful and VERY polite and courteous!

The staff was great. The car was terrible. It was a versa that shook as you drove it, the alignment was off, the brakes clunked when applied. This car showed damage of previous accident. I actually refrained from driving it when possible.

Don’t spent your money on these people. We waited for about 45 minutes for the driver to pick us up at the airport. Back seats of the car had a huge coffee spilled. We are not smoker. The car stinks. It has been almost 2 months since we dropped the car off. I’m still waiting for my $150 collision deposit refund. Emailed them multiple times and did not get any responses back.

The customer service that I received, when I arrived, once I was contacted by a live person (Ahmad) was great. However, the vehicle was stained inside and smelled of a nauseating combo of stale smoke and vomit that got worse as the sun heated it. The shuttle wasn't running when I returned the vehicle, so I had to take an expensive Uber ride to the airport. I sent a text with the receipt, but I didn't get a confirmation that I would be reimbursed the up to $10 like the message promised.
