I was very disappointed with the car I get. I didn’t not drive the car just because of safety issues including alignment. I was so scared to drive the car and I park it for four days and return it back on returning date. It was wast of money for me.

The vehicle rented had a very squeaky front end to the point where it made driving the vehicle unenjoyable.

I did not get the car I requested (compact Yaris, Fiat 500 or similar). Instead of the compact car, I got a huge old car that was over 160,000 miles, it made weird sound when steering, the light unit on top fell off three times a day, I called the number of the agency and noone answered. Noone from the agency was at the place where I was requested to return the car (a hotel outside the airport) and had to leave the keys at the front desk. Noone even checked the car. I didn't feel safe.

I waited nearly 30 minutes to get picked up. The text instructions weren’t very clear. It stated that I was to pick up car at the hotel. I almost took the hotel shuttle bus. Once at the hotel, paperwork wasn’t ready. Lastly, radio didn’t work in the car. I took it to a hyundai dealer to reset radio.

I have been charged twice for this rental and still waiting for a refund. We waited 45 min to be picked up at the airport after a late flight just to find out he forgot the car seat we reserved for our 3 year old. Had to leave my family at the terminal to go pick up car seat causing our late night to be even later. The car had low tire pressure warnings and the key had low battery. Glad it didn't break down on us! We all have bad days, but not satisfied with this company and would not recommend.
