MILEAGE
For international customers the mileage allowed is unlimited.
Florida residents are allowed 125 miles per day and 1200 miles per month, in case of extra miles the company will charge a fee of $0.99 per mile.
Pick up Instructions
At arrival, customers must go to LEVEL 1, (ground transportation) and go outside. If located at TERMINAL A, please walk to the bus stops A11-A12-A13. If located at TERMINAL B, please walk to the bus stop B11-B12-B13. If located at TERMINAL C, please go to the bus stop C277. Call our offices for shuttle pick up.

RESERVATIONS MADE BETWEEN 9 PM AND 6 AM WILL INCUR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $80 USD.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS.
• Minimum age is 21 years old and maximum 75 years old.
• Credit Card personalized with the cardholder's full name.
• Identification (Passport with photo in the case of foreign customers).
• Valid driver License or international license. The license has to be in English and Latin Letters.
Digital driver’s license is not accepted.
• A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
• A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
• The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the
date of the commencement of the rental.
• In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
• Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver
license.
• In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license,
credit card on a main drivers name, booking and voucher.
The payment methods accepted for the payment of the rent are credit, debit cards (Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card) and cash.
INSURANCE INFORMATION.
SLI (Civil Responsibility Complement)
Increases the amount for civil liability. Price per day $39.99. Deductible of $1000.
TPL (Third Party Liability)
Civil liability for damages caused to third parties in their property or persons. Price per day $29.99.
This coverage is offered only for foreign clients, not for national clients.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
This coverage is optional and releases the client from the responsibility of having to pay for damages
caused to the rented vehicle with a deductible depending on the category. Price per day $29.99.
Coverage of up to $20,000 in damages with a deductible of $2500 usd.
IMPORTANT: The deductible is normally $1000, upon hiring the CDW reduces the security deposit
to $300 usd. The client can use his credit card insurance in case of any damage to the vehicle, the
renter will have to pay the damages at the time of return and will be provided with all the necessary
documentation to file a claim to his credit card.
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW), Third Party Liability (TPL) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, Puerto Rico, USA.
• In order to use the renter's own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW
coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm,
Liberty Mutual, Geico, All State, Infinit, insurance is accepted only if issued in the
following country(ies): USA.
• Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
• Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, liability insurance
(SLI) with not less than 500.000 USD liability limit, Property Damage Liability (PDL)
coverage with a limit of at least 500.000 USD.
• If using own insurance, renter must provide an insurance ID card with the exact coverage
shown and the same name and address as on the driver license. (Insurance from outside
the US is not accepted.)
In case the customer does not have one of the insurances, mentioned above, the customer will
need to purchase insurance at the counter.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For the security deposit we accept credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express,
Discover Card). If the client wishes to use another person's card, it must be added as an additional
driver.
• 2,500 USD as a standard deposit for all clients.
• 1,000 USD for customers who take out additional insurance.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH
For security reasons, we do not accept deposits for the security deposit in cash in any type of
currency, we only accept credit cards.
RESERVATION POLICY.
The supplier will have a waiting time of one hour from the pick-up time marked on your reservation.
If the customer's flight is delayed or if the customer arrives after one hour of their grace period it
will be marked as a no show.
Reservations made between 9 pm and 6 am will incur an extra charge of $80 usd.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
The additional driver must be at least 25 years old and a maximum of 75 years old with a valid
driver's license or international license. Digital driver's licenses are not accepted. The additional
driver costs $9.99 USD per day.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
It is considered a cancellation if the client has a false ID, if the client's insurance is not valid, if the
credit card is not in the client's name. All cancellations have a $65.00 USD charge.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE.
No refund policy and no refund for early returns.
Customers arriving before 7:00 am or after 9:00 pm will be charged an extra hourly rate of $70 per
hour.
FUEL POLICY.
The customer must return the vehicle with the same level of gasoline with which it was picked up.
In case of returning less than the amount received, an administrative fee of $25.00 plus $9.00 per
gallon will be charged.
GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS.
Our vehicles cannot be driven outside the State of Florida. Any customer who does not comply with
these conditions will be charged a $500 fine plus a mileage fee of $0.30 per mile.

TOLLS AND FINES
E-Toll is not mandatory, however, all of the rental cars are equipped with a SunPass/e-toll
transponder that is glued to the windshield of the car and is not removable.
• An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
• E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 14.99 USD per day.
• Prepaid tolls are available for 19.99 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 30 USD for each toll used in addition
to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply.
If the customer removes Toll pass / E-toll device from the car, an additional penalty of 250 USD
will apply.
Please note, that it is difficult to avoid Toll Roads while driving in Florida State, so it is highly
recommended to activate Toll Device offered by provider in order to avoid violation charges (up
to the full amount of security deposit). Note that it is not possible to use personal Toll device or
pay on spot.
ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS.
The customer has to call 911 and then must call the office for assistance, assistance may vary
depending on the type of accident and the type of insurance selected, if the assistance provided to
the customer is not included in the coverage selected at the counter additional charges may apply
at the time of return. As soon as the customer returns with their rental we will do a vehicle
inspection and damage report to determine if the customer has an amount due to us or provide
them with the necessary documentation to file a claim with their insurance provider.
