RESERVATION POLICY

The customer has a grace period of 1 hour upon landing, after the hour the customer will have to
pay an additional charge for any delay longer than one hour.
If the customer provides his flight number, the reservation will be honored; if he does not arrive
after the grace period, it will be marked as "No-show".


DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Conditions of Service; Important:
• According to the regulations in force in Nigeria, self-driving service is not allowed. For this
reason, all rented vehicles will include a designated driver, who will be in charge of the
corresponding transfers.
• Credit cards are accepted for payment of the service: American Express, MasterCard and
Visa.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up
time at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will incur a 50% charge
of the total booking amount.
No-Shows: If the client fails to appear at the agreed-upon location and time without prior notice,
the full booking fee will be charged.
Airport Transfers: For airport pick-ups, please notify us at least 3 hours prior to arrival for any
changes. Delays due to flight changes must be communicated immediately to avoid charges.
Note: Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.


INSURANCE INFORMATION

America Car Rental does not offer additional coverage in Nigeria, since the service is provided
exclusively with a designated driver.
Any damage to the vehicle (crashes, scratches or any other type of damage) will be the
responsibility of the company, exempting the client from any charges related to these incidents.
