DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age is 21 years old and maximum 75 years old.
• Credit Card personalized with the cardholder's full name
• Identification (Passport with photo in the case of foreign customers).
• Valid driver's License or international license


PAYMENT METHODS

The Payment methods accepted are Master Card, Visa and American Express.
The cost of rent and insurance can be paid by credit card, debit card or cash.


INSURANCE INFORMATION

TPL (Third Party Liability)
The Third Party Liability protection covers the customer in the event of damage to third parties.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)
This coverage is optional and relieves the customer of the responsibility to pay for damages
caused to the rented vehicle with a deductible depending on the category of the vehicle.
TGI (Insurance for wheels and glass)
Covers glass and tires with a deductible of Q400 to the rented vehicle.
PAI (Personal medical expense)
Individual medical expenses insurance up to USD 1,300 per occupant in the event of an accident.
Credit card insurance is accepted only if the client presents written documentation supporting the
coverage. The applicable deductible will be USD 3,000.


ROAD ASSISTANCE

Towing and roadside assistance will be provided in case of any incident (flat tire, key in the car, lost
battery, etc.) at a cost of $2 USD per day.


SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

For the security deposit, the only accepted method of payment is by credit card (MasterCard, Visa,
and American Express). The deposit amount will be from USD 700 to USD 3000 depending on the
vehicle category and insurance included.


RESERVATION POLICY

The User will have a waiting period of two hours from the pick-up time indicated on their booking,
provided that the customer sends us their flight details. It is important to note that if the flight is
delayed, the customer must call us to notify us of any changes to their pick-up time. If the customer
does not arrive after the grace period and does not notify us of a delayed flight the booking will be
marked as a no show and the customer will be asked to cancel the booking.

REFUND POLICY

There is no refund for unused days, hours, or fuel in case of returning the vehicle before the return
time registered in the contract.


ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

The cost per additional driver is $5 per day. Must have a valid international driver's license or permit,
minimum age of 21 years, and maximum age of 75 years.


CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can cancel their booking 24 hours before the pick-up time free of charge.
If the customer made their booking through a third party, they must contact the website where they
made their booking directly.


RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

At the end of the rental, the customer must return the vehicle only at the location stipulated in the
contract. For each additional hour of delay, there will be a charge of USD 5, after two hours of delay
an additional day will be charged.


FUEL POLICY

The Fuel must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when the vehicle was picked up. A
quarter tank costs Q100.


EXTRAS

Extras must be ordered directly at the desk.
Pilot service Q250 per day.


GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS

Vehicles can be moved in any area of the country. Crossing to Honduras and El Salvador is allowed,
a power of attorney must be requested at the rental office at a cost of Q200 or USD 25.


ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS

In case of any emergency, the customer can contact the office where the staff will contact
the insurance company, and assistance or towing will be sent if necessary.

Pick up Instructions
