DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• The minimum age is 23 years old and maximum age is 65 years old.
• Valid driving licence.
• Identity card
• Credit card with available credit for the security deposit.
*We accept credit cards, debit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa) and in
some cases cash.


INSURANCE INFORMATION

For partial losses due to damage or theft, the customer pays a deductible of (2) slmmlv. For total
loss due to damage or theft, the customer pays 20% of the total value of the claim.
STR: All risks; damage, partial and/or total loss, 7.5 USD x per day.


SECURITY DEPOSIT

A frozen credit card security deposit of $500 USD equivalent must be left as a guarantee.
*We accept all credit cards from American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa, in case the credit
card is faulty at the time of freezing, the company would accept the option of receiving the security
deposit in cash, which would take about 50 working days to return to the client, since the procedure
is completely different.


CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer has a time limit of 24 hours in advance to cancel the reservation without any
additional charge, if after this time the customer cancels the reservation, or otherwise at the
counter of ROYAL RENT A CAR, the reservation must be paid to the company, since the days of
rental of the vehicle are lost. The reservation must be paid to ROYAL RENT A CAR once cancelled
outside the grace period, since the vehicle is made available to the broker and is no longer offered
to all Royal's brokers and clients.


RESERVATION POLICY

ROYAL RENT A CAR has a grace period of 2 hours from the start time of the reservation. If the client
provides his flight number, the grace period of the reservation can be extended up to 4 hours, in
case of a sudden change in the flight schedule. If the grace period is exceeded, the reservation will
be marked as no show, the vehicle will no longer be offered to the customer and the rental days will
be lost.
The vehicle must be paid with 50% of the total value of the rental in order to generate the
reservation and guarantee the availability of the vehicle when requested.


REFUND POLICY

The company does not refund money once a rental has been booked or paid, we give a voucher
valid for 365 days, subject to availability and does not apply for high season. The deposit that
remains as a guarantee will be returned within 30 working days after the end of the rental.


MILEAGE

Unlimited mileage is offered from the third day of rental, if less days, a daily mileage of 250
kilometres is managed, if it is limited and exceeds the mileage must cancel the value of $ 0.25 USD
per additional kilometre


ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

The additional driver will be charged an additional fee equivalent to $2.5 USD per day.


RETURN OF THE VEHICLE

The vehicle must be returned to the premises.

FUEL POLICY

If the vehicle returns without the fuel that was delivered, the missing fuel will be charged
according to the rates established by the company.

Extras should be asked in the Counter


ROAD ASSISTANCE

If the client takes the all-risk insurance, he/she will have roadside assistance, towing service, legal
assistance if necessary, among others.


GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS

Crossing borders outside the country is not allowed, only movement within the national territory is permitted.


TOLLS AND FINES

Intermunicipal tolls must be paid by the client, fines and/or fines will be deducted from the deposit
left as a guarantee.


ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS

If the vehicle suffers any type of breakdown, the client must contact us immediately to arrange the
assistance service and a prompt solution. The all risk insurance is not included in the rental price, it
has an additional value of $7.5 USD per day, if the client chooses not to take the insurance, the
assistance service cannot be provided. In this case, the client must assume the cost of transporting
the vehicle to ROYAL RENT A CAR facilities.

Pick up Instructions

The customer is free to choose whether to be picked up at the airport or come directly to the ROYAL RENT A CAR counter, in case you want to be picked up you must contact the phone number provided to coordinate your pick up, and / or leave your contact number to communicate directly with the customer.
