DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
• Drivers between 20 and 75 years are accepted.
• Drivers aged 20 to 23 incur a YOUNG DRIVER FEE of 15 USD/day.
• Drivers aged 69 to 75 incur a SENIOR DRIVER FEE of 20 USD/day.
• Valid physical driving license with minimum 12 months experience required.
Methods of payment.
Only VISA and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted. Cash is also accepted, as well as
CashApp. For security, only the renter’s own card is allowed. "
INSURANCE INFORMATION.
Bring your liability insurance and get collision from us 32/day
CDW: Coverage Connection 32 USD per day
RLP: Bonzah, Liablity 25 USD per day
Glass and Tire Insurance 10 USD per day
SECURITY DEPOSIT
200 refundable. A prior deduction will be made from the renter's credit card. The deposit will be
released upon return of the vehicle in the same conditions.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
Unpaid bookings can be cancelled anytime.
Pre-paid reservations cannot be cancelled.
RESERVATION POLICY.
Reservations are held up to 5 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. No-shows Will be cancelled
with no refund. Pre-paid Bookings are non-refundable.
MILEAGE
125 / day free unlimited $24.95 for all the clients
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.
Up to 2 additional drivers are allowed (must present valid ID and licence). Rate: 15 USD/day
per additional driver.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE.
The vehicle must be returned with all documents, keys and accessories in good condition at the
agreed place/time. Late returns (more than 3 hours) must be reported. Failure to return on time
$55 is a charge.
FUEL POLICY.
Delivery and return with a full tank, if returned with less fuel an additional charge of $10 per gallon
will be applied.
EXTRAS
Optional extras such as child safety seats, GPS navigation devices, additional drivers or roadside
assistance can be requested at time of booking or rental pick-up and are subject to availability. All
extras incur additional daily charges as stated in the rental agreement. Charges for extras are nonrefundable once the rental period begins, and late return of any rented accessories may result in
additional charges.
ROAD ASSISTANCE.
We offer free roadside assistance to all customers for $6.95 per day.
GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS.
Rental vehicles may only be driven within the continental United States unless prior written
authorisation is obtained. Unauthorised travel outside the permitted regions will result in a fine of
$2,000 and any additional costs associated with recovery or relocation of the vehicle. If the vehicle
cannot be recovered due to unauthorised travel, the renter's information will be provided to the
appropriate authorities for further investigation.
TOLLS AND FINES.
All toll charges, traffic fines and penalties incurred during the rental period are the full
responsibility of the customer. These charges will be invoiced to the customer upon return of the
vehicle, together with an additional administrative handling fee of 10%.
ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS.
In the event of an accident or incident with the rental vehicle, regardless of its seriousness, the
driver must immediately inform the local authorities and request that a police report be filed. All
damage to the vehicle or third parties must be clearly documented in the report. Failure to file an
official police report detailing the incident and associated damage will result in the denial of any
insurance claim or liability coverage.
