DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
America Car Rental requires the following documentation to offer the service:
• Minimum Age 25 years and Maximum 70 years.
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Payment method required at the time of rental.
• Accepted: Cash (USD), Credit Card, Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, America Express).
INSURANCE INFORMATION
LDW: Loos Damage Waiver; It is liability (not insurance) if at fault you are responsible for first.
2500 USD. (10-15 USD per day)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The following are accepted for the security deposit Credit Card, Debit Card (MasterCard, VISA,
America Express).
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations accepted once the rental is confirmed.
It is considered 3 days prior to the scheduled reservation with a charge of 10% of the total
reservation.
RESERVATION POLICY
The customer has 3 to 4 hours to pick up the vehicle. If the customer provides the flight number,
the reservation will be respected. In case the grace period has passed, it will be marked as NO-SHOW.
MILEAGE
Unlimited Milage
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional drivers must have between 25 years and 70 years.
Additional driver allowed with valid driver's license: Cost: USD &20 per additional driver.
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE
The return of the vehicle must be made at the airport. You have a 2-hour grace period after the
scheduled return time; after this, a charge of $ 10 per hour will be incurred.
FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received (Full-to-full policy), in case it is not
brought full, a charge of 20 USD or more will be charged.
EXTRAS
Extras should be inquired at the front Counter.

ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS
In case of accident, renter must report inmmediately to the police and notify the rental company.

Pick up Instructions
As you exit the airport’s main entrance, head to your left and walk about 40 to 50 meters. You’ll see the authorized car rentals clearly marked, and there will be someone waiting in the office to assist you.
