DRIVER REQUIREMENTS.
America Car Rental requires the following documentation to provide the service: You must present
the following at the time of physical pickup:
1. Identification document: When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal
driver & any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license in their name. A
valid local ID or travel document is accepted(Passport).
2. Driver's license: A valid driver's license and A valid passport are required. An international
driver's licence or a government-issued translation document is required if the driver’s
licence is not in English, All drivers must have held their driving licence for at least 3 years
3. Age: The minimum age for renting is 19 years old (surcharge for young drivers aged 19 to
24 is EUR 15 per day). The maximum age is 62 years old (surcharge for senior drivers aged
62 to 77 is EUR 15 per day).
4. Credit card: The credit card should be under the main driver's name only, and digit's on it
must be visible. The credit card should have at least 6 months left for use. The company
will not accept commercial cards. (Cooperate, business, commercial, etc.) All bank credit
cards and Debit Card's are accepted for payment, including CASH payment.
5. Payment method for the rental: Credit cards accepted for deposit: Mastercard and Visa
and the following cards are accepted for payment: Mastercard credit, Visa credit,
Mastercard debit, Visa debit, American Express, Cash, Diners, Maestro.
For local clients findeks score test will apply and score needs to be 1750 and above, under 1750
findeks score company has a right to cancel the reservation.
INSURANCE INFORMATION.
Depending on the rate selected, these coverages may or may not be included in the reservation.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): The renter is responsible in case of damage in the amount from
900 - 3000 EUR (VAT incl.), depending on the type of vehicle. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):
Police reports are mandatory in the event of an accident, in order to satisfy the insurance
company requirements for coverage qualification. Damage by weather conditions due to the
customer’s negligence is not covered by the insurance, and the renter will be responsible for all
damage and associated costs. There is an excess that applies in the event of damage, see Fleet and
Insurance
Third Party Liability (TPL): Amount covered by insurance against third party claims for bodily and
property damage: up to 500.000 USD (VAT Incl). Third Party Liability (TPL): Third Party Liability is
included in the rates.
• Maximum amount of coverage for physical damages
• Maximum amount of coverage for property damages
Theft Protection (TP): Renter must present the key to the insurance company to qualify for
coverage; the insurance will be invalidated, and the renter will be liable for the full amount due to
the loss of the vehicle. In the event of any damage to the vehicle for theft reasons, the insurance
does not cover the renter. There is an excess that applies in the event of theft, see Fleet and
Insurance
Full Damage Waiver (FDW): The Full Damage Waiver option reduces the excess amount to zero.
Customers are still required to leave a deposit. See Fleet and Insurance
A pre-authorized/taken deposit amount may be required on FDW insurance, as deposit for the
uninsured parts of the vehicle.
Full Damage Waiver insurance will be voided if the customer is found to have been driving under
the influence of alcohol, drugs, or using the car for transportation of illegal materials.
Collision damage waiver. Amount of coverage of TPL is up to 25000 Euro, and PAI is 50000 Euro.
These amounts are the amounts payable by the insurance company, it can change. Full collision
damage waiver and full theft waiver are included with an excess of between 900 Euro and 3000
Euro (except the rules described in the paragraph not included in the rental. If the renter drives
under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you may be liable for the total costs of damage in case of
an accident.
Please check the agreement before you take the rented car for exact exclusions, and note that
some options, we can provide you locally in order to reduce your risk. Please do not hesitate to

• In case of DAMAGE crash site Picture, 3rd part documents(licence,insurance policy) are
mandatory.
• In case of any DAMAGE, please contact your rental service.
General Insurance Conditions
• Glasses and mirrors are not covered.
• Tires and wheels are not covered.
• Interior damages are not covered if caused by the customer’s negligence.
• Damage to tires, tire rims, all glasses, clutch, vehicle interior, flat tires, and vehicle
underside are not included.
• Engine damage and oil /gasoline pump damage due to incorrect fuelling are not covered
by the insurance. Negligent damage to the clutch kit, (manual or automatic), damages on
the gear box etc are not covered by the insurance.
• Extra insurance doesn’t cover internal damages and the damages from stony and rocky
lands(if the vehicle is not an all-terrain vehicle)
• Extra insurance doesn’t cover delavuation of the vehicle if no 3rd part event of an
accident.
The company reserves the right to invalidate the acquired insurance coverage if:
• Gross negligence on behalf of the customer is determined
• The customer drives the vehicle off-road.
• The customer is found to be driving under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other
controlled substance.
• The vehicle is found to have been driven by an unauthorized person.
If the car's bodywork gets damaged, you’re covered by the Collision Damage Waiver (Terms apply)
This means that the most you'll pay towards repairs is the damage excess. (Terms apply)
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is required depanding on the category, from 900€ up to 2000€ according to
vehicle classes, it reduces when buying CDW/FDW to 250€.
Security deposit must be paid with CREDIT CARD ONLY(VISA, MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD). The
credit card should have at least 6 months left for use. The credit card should be under the main
driver's name only, and digit's on it must be visible.
The security deposit will be released after fifteen (15) business days after the end of the rental
period, provided that no unexpected charges are incurred. Such charges may include, but are not
limited to: damage to the vehicle, traffic fines, tolls, add fee's, returning the vehicle with less fuel
than when it was delivered, or the need for cleaning etc.
It is important to clarify that the value of the security deposit does not include the cost of renting
the vehicle. It is important to note that the security deposit does not include the cost of the
vehicle rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
There is NO cancellation charge, and customers are free to cancel their reservation up to pick up
time.
RESERVATION POLICY.
The customer will have a grace period 2 hours on low season, 1,5 hour high season, If the
customer does not show up after the grace period, it will be marked as a NO-SHOW.
MILEAGE
Mileage limit: For 1 to 4-days rentals: 150 km per day. Any excess mileage will be charged and
paid directly at the rental counter.
Additional mileage cost: 0,75€ for cars, 1,25€ for vans.
Unlimited mileage: For 5 or more days of rental.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS.
A valid Driving License and A valid passport are required. An international driver's licence or
government translation document is required if the driver’s licence is not written in English.
When collecting a car from our car rental supplier the principal driver & any additional drivers will

The minimum age for renters on economic car categories is 19 years old. Between 19-25 years old,
15 EUR/Day(VAT included). The minimum age for renters on luxury car categories and minivan
(Opel Zafira & VW Caravelle) is 26 years old.
The maximum renter's age for economic car categories is 77 years old (62+ years old must pay an
elder fee: 15 EUR/day(VAT included) )
The maximum renter's age on luxury car categories and minivan (Opel Zafira & VW Caravelle) is 77
years old. (62+ years old must pay the elder fee: 25 EUR/day(VAT included)
RETURN OF THE VEHICLE
The return must be made at the same place where the booking was made. If it is made at another
location(Antalya, Izmir, Dalaman, Bodrum Airport returns are accepted), there will be an
additional charge of 250 EUR.
If the customer returns the vehicle after 2 hours in low season or 1.5 hours in high season, they
will be charged the daily fee.
FUEL POLICY.
Return with the same amount granted to avoid refueling charges. If fuel is missing upon return,
you will pay according to current internal rates at the rental counter with add fee. Unused fuel is
non-refundable.
EXTRAS
Extras and Equipment should be requested at the counter from a rental agent, and will be charged
on a per-day basis.
ROAD ASSISTANCE.
Roadside Assistance included the price in cities of branches (EXCLUDED WHEN THE REQUEST IS
FOR CUSTOMER'S NEGLIGENCE).
TOLLS AND FINES.
Usage is not mandatory; if you use 30€ add fee will apply, plus the usage amount.
ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS
In case of DAMAGE police report and alcohol test is mandatory, even if there is no 3rd part.
In case of DAMAGE crash site, Picture, 3rd party documents(licence, insurance policy) are
mandatory. In case of any DAMAGE, please contact your rental service. In case of accident after
calling 112 customer must call the office to get assistance. Assistance may very depending the
type of the accident and and the type of insurance they selected, if the assistance given to the
client is not included in the coverage selected at the counter extra charges may apply at the time
of return.
