Upon your arrival at the airport and completion of immigration and security procedures, please proceed to the arrivals lobby. Our protocol officer will be waiting to receive you and assist with a smooth handover to your assigned driver, ensuring a seamless transition to your next destination.
To help us identify you quickly and serve you efficiently, we kindly ask that you send us:
• A photo of what you will be wearing on your travel day, and
• A copy of your flight ticket showing your name and flight details (you may cover any sensitive information).
This will enable our protocol officer to locate you easily and avoid any unnecessary delays.

General Service & Waiting Policy
• Drivers can wait up to 30 minutes at no extra cost before your pickup time.
• Additional waiting time will incur a charge of $10 per hour or as agreed in your reservation.
• The driver’s service time begins once they arrive at your address.
• Maximum driving time per driver is 10 hours per day.
• Overtime charges:
o 6:00 PM – 12:00 midnight: $12/hour
o 12:00 midnight – 7:00 AM: $15/hour
