Am waiting for the $150 deposit to be refunded. However, the staff on the phone was very friendly and helpful - I anticipate the refund to be sooner rather than later. The pick up and drop off was very convenient, the driver was very courteous & friendly.

not accustomed to an individual driver picking us up at airport, although it worked out ok. Had to wait 30 minutes on a hotel shuttle to get back to airport on return

The rental staff was outstanding! He called me within minutes of me getting off my plane and picked me up within minutes of getting my bag. The car was awesome as well as the price. I will definitely be using this company again!

Brakes are bad Check engine light kept coming on, we were told that the previous renter had lost the gas cap and they were waiting for a new one. A lot of Body damage (told if we hadn't of rented it it would have been in body shop) expired plates more than 100K miles on it. Literally when given keys and I saw the car, I thought I might be possibly been given a stolen car. Car was dirty inside, and smelled bad.

The agent that helped me, KC, was amazing. He was both friendly and efficient. However, the car was in poor condition. The engine stalled twice when I was braking to a stop, requiring me to restart the engine while I was still in the road. The shocks that support the rear door badly need to be replaced as the door is hard to open and it slams shut. The seats were stained. Lastly, the steering had a loose and less than responsive feel.

It was a comedy of errors, not all of it Agency's fault. We ended up paying for an Uber we did not take. Our car was a Mitsubishi Outlander that looked as if it had been through a demolition derby. The underinflated tire icon on the dashboard was on. A few miles into the rental, the service engine light came on--which was not surprising in that the odometer had just hit 100,000 miles. Everyone was courteous, but it would have been good to have some of the details of this rental explained.
