Visitors And Driver License Requirements

Drinking And Driving Laws In Nevada
The legal blood alcohol is 0.10, and 0.02 for drivers under 21 years of age. The penalties for a First drinking and driving offense are:

Criminal penalties may include driver license revocation for 90 days, jail sentence between 2 days to 6 months, 96 hours community service, fine between $400 to $1000, $150 for DUI school, drug and alcohol treatment program attendance and additional penalties and/or fines imposed by the court.
