When arriving at McCarran Airport, located the McCarran Rental Car Courtsey buses outside of baggage claim. Transportation will take you to the McCarran Rental Car Center. Our rental counter is located inside under Advantage Rent a Car.

The estimated amount of the rental plus an additional amount of $300.00 will be assessed against your debit card at the time of rental. These funds will no longer be available for your immediate use and may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank, to become available. We will not be responsible for any returned check(s) or insufficient fund charges or bank fees related to this process.

Pre-Paid, Value Added Debit Cards or Personal Checks are not accepted at US Rent A Car.

Requirement Additional Driver/Renter; Valid Drivers license & Credit Card in Additional driver's/Renter's name and possession at time of rental.

If you reserved a vehicle to be picked up at McCarran Airport, please locate the McCarran Rental Car Bus by exiting baggage claims through doors 9, 10, 11 or 12. Buses operate 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Rental time begins when the vehicle is checked out (picked up) and ends upon the return of the vehicle to the original rental office. The daily rate is based on a 24 hour clock. Overtime rates begin and continue each day up to the daily rate being reached. Once the overtime rate reachs the daily rate, the daily rate will be charged. Weekly rentals are calculated the same way. THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD for the rental charges. All options, such as child safety seats, CDW, PAI etc. are not pro-rated. The charges for the full day begin at the first minute of the first hour of each rental period.

Convertible, Luxury, SUV and ALL specialty vehicles require all drivers to be at least twenty-five years of age, and present two valid forms of ID &a valid credit card.

Vehicle is rented with a full gas tank and must be returned full. If not full upon return, there will be a refueling charge. Refueling Per Gallon charges could change daily. Your rental agent will have estimated rates at the time of your rental. Refueling charges are based upon the return of the vehicle.

A FULL of gas may be pre-purchased for the vehicle at the time of rental. You may then return without having to fuel the vehicle, simply at any level with no additional refueling charge. There will be NO refunds for prepurchased fuel.

The rental vehicles are equipped with Global Positioning Systems. These(G.P.S.) devices transmit, and record in real time, the location, speed and distance the vehicle has traveled. If the vehicle is driven outside the published, and designated driving area the rental depot is provided with a real-time notice, and the rental contract rates will be amended to the higher time & mileage charges, retroactive to the starting date & time of the rental. In the event the GPS system is tampered with or disconnected, the higher time & mileage charges shall prevail.

The rental rates include state minimum liability insurance. You may purchase One million dollars of liability insurance, SLI for $11.95per day. SLI becomes mandatory if the renters own insurance is not transferable to the rental vehicle. Proof of insurance may be required at the time of the rental.

All Clark County Residence and or non airport arrival customers must have a valid license with thier current address, proof of residency (a current utility bill or vehicle insurance card with thier current address) and a major credit card or a debit card associated with thier checking account.

Nevada law requires all passengers to wear seat belts. All children less than 60 pounds must ride in an approved child restraint system. (NRS 484.474)
Infant Seat: From birth to at least one year of age, and at least 20 pounds.
Toddler Seat: From age one to at least age 5 years and 40 pounds.
Booster Seat: From age five to at least age nine, and 80 pounds.

Minimum Age: NONE

Age NONE to 24 - Surcharge of $20.00 per day applies.

All renters and drivers must be at least 21 years old. Renters & all drivers 21-24 years of age, are subject to a $25.00 per day surcharge. Renter & drivers under 25 years of age are eligible to rent Economy, Compact, Mid-Size, Full-Size and Standard Cars. Convertible, Luxury, SUV and specialty vehicles require all drivers to be at least twenty-five years of age and present valid drivers license, and photo ID, and a credit cards.

2 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 10.00 applies per day(per additional driver)

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21

A $10.00 per day additional surcharge per additional driver is applied. For each driver under 25 years of age an additional surcharge of $25.00 per day for young adult fee is applied. The surcharge is not pro-rated. Drivers not listed on the rental contract may void the renter protection under this agreement.
