Cancelation Policy
up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up time = free of charge 48 - 24 hours prior to the pick-up time = 1/2 rental day charge less than 24 hours prior to the pick-up time = 1 rental day charge No shows are subject to 2 rental days charge.

Insurance and Coverage
When renting a vehicle a security deposit from 200 - 600 euro depending on the hired car group is required. The personal liability of the customer is up to amount of the security deposit. The customer can purchase additional coverages, which fully eliminate the personal liability (zero excess).
