For shuttle service pick up, Customer must call our branch or dial 900 from the courtessy phone line located at the baggage claim area to notify the arrival to one of our representatives .

The renter must have a passport and an active/valid drivers licence.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours before the pick up time of the reservation to avoid a 1 day cancellation fee.

All vehicles are required to have an insurance by law.

If customer do not have a valid Ins. Policy with our requirements, our CDW (Collision DAmage Waiver) must be purchased by customer in order to rent the vehicle.

Should you use your own insurance policy, it has to show a full cover and proof of own insurance is required in advanced.

Liability Policy must include details on the coverage.

Customer's Insurance Policy must have limits on liability no less than 100,000/300,000/50,000 on vehicles

For 15 Passenger Van's (Club Wagons) Rentals must have an Insurance Policy with limits on liability no less than 100,000,000

Customer's insurance must indicate that is valid in Puerto Rico.

A safe deposit is required for renting any vehicle

Valid credit card is required for all rentals

The client has to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas as we deliver.

If the rented vehicle is not return with the same amount of gas, customer will be charged the price from our service station at the moment of rental

If customer's flight has a delay and its not informed to the rental location before the time of pick up, the rate is subject to change without notification.

A 1 day no-show fee could apply to delays, not notified to Leaseway before time of pick up.

A 1 day fee will be charged to the customer for No Show

Minimum Age: 21

Age 21 to 24 - Surcharge applies of $5.00 per day.

A renter from 21-25 can rent with an underage charge.

additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 5.00 applies per day(per additional driver)

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 26

There are no restrictions on driving area
