When your contract is opened, we will ask you the expected return date and time. Once you have signed the contract we ask that you contact us if the return date or time needs to be extended. Failure to provide advanced notification{24 hrs} of the intent to extend the rental period may attract fee.

Only the renter is allowed to extend an open contract. If you choose to extend your rental, additional funds must be available on your credit card to cover the rental time requested. In the event funds are not available or a payment cannot be made a request for extension will be denied and the rental vehicle must be returned on the original return date and time. Cash renters must make an additional payment for deposit at Guys Car Rental to extend.

Only the renter is authorized to operate the rental car. No other persons are permitted to operate the rental car without prior approval, and such person or persons appear at time of car rental with a valid drivers license. This is a per day charge

If C.D.W. is declined, the client accepts full responsibility for any and all loss of and, damage, of the vehicle regardless of who is at fault.
If CDW is accepted, the client responsibility will be limited to $1200.00 bearing in mind that CDW is not insurance and providing you conform to the contractual agreement.

At the time of rental clients may receive the vehicle model shown or similar.

Chauffeur service: $10.00 per hour with a three- hour minimum .

If the service is used intermittently the three- hour minimum will apply for each separate day

Minimum Age: 21

Age 21 to 24 - Surcharge applies. $3.00 DAILY
