After Hours Pickups and Drop Offs
Delivery and collection outside office hours (between 21:30pm-07:30am) is possible at an extra charge of 25.00 euro fixed. Cancellation Policy
Your credit card number will be kept for guarantee. The reservation will be confirmed through a reply e-mail. The will be No charge until 7 days prior your arrival. In the event of cancelling 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, no cancellation penalties will be incurred. Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date, a penalty charge equivalent to 20% of your booking value will be incurred. Greenways vehicles are rented for use within Crete Island and on the public highways only. They cannot be used off-road or on the beach. We would like you to be aware that damages to the underside of the car caused by negligent driving or off-road use are at your own risk. Lost Keys
Greenways vehicle keys are chip-coded and are costly and timely items to replace. If you loose the car keys, you will be obliged to pay for its replacement (approximately 80.00€ – 100.00 € depending on the car model) plus any associated transport and time costs in order to get the replacement keys in your hands. Note: if a vehicle is stolen and keys are not returned to Greenways, insurance is deemed void. Please take good care of the car keys while you are on holiday in Crete! Collision damage waiver insurance (CDW)is Included.CDW means that Greenways car is insured towards collision damages also caused by the renter, but with an excess amount to pay. The excess amount for collision is 400,00 for groups A, B & C and 600,00 for all the rest groups. Personal accident insurance (P.A.I) is Included. It Covers the driver and passengers with the following amounts respectively: A.Driver loss of life, total permanent disablement, partial permanent disablement up to 15.000,00 B.Driver medical expenses up to 300,00 C.For all rest passengers loss of life, total permanent disablement, partial permanent disablement up to 500.000,00 Full Damage Waiver Insurance 9.00 per day The renters responsibility of collision damages can be waived by paying a daily fee of 9.00 euro per day. Regardless of whether FDW has been accepted or not, the renter is liable for the full repair of any damage that may have been caused to the underside or to the wheels and tires of the car, or if the damage was due to violations of the Greek Traffic Law. Wheels And Tires Insurance 3.00 per day It is offered at an extra charge of 3.00 euro per day, covering all the wheels and tires damages. Baby & Booster Seats 2.00 per day Available at an extra charge of 2.00 euro per day per seat.
