$15 USD will be charged for pick up & drop off between the hours of 18:00 to 09:00. This fee applies for any hour during any day of the week, Saturday & Sunday and National Holiday.

The minimum rental term is 24 hours. The rental term should be determined before the rent starts. Extensions are acceptable only after a written conformation from GTS. Non observance of the check-in date , pointed in the contract with more than 24 hours is considered as a reason for the termination of the contract.

DOCUMENTS
All documents MUST be originals. In order to rent with GRC you MUST provide the following documents:
1. Driving license
The driver must be in possession of a valid driver’s license issued at least one year ago. Photocopies, faxes or letters will not be accepted. All drivers licenses must be for manual transmission cars.
BG and UK drivers: photo card license must be accompanied by the paper counterpart.
Same conditions applied to all additional drivers.

2. PASSPORT
A valid passport – applied to the renter and all drivers.

3. Personal ID card /if applicable
A valid personal ID card – applied to the renter and all drivers.

4. Credit card / Debit card

The renter MUST provide a credit/debit card before the rental starts.


A rental deposit will be debited from your credit or debit card at the time of collecting the car. We may ask you for deposit in advance if you have any special requirements or needs.** The deposit will either be automatically refunded after the return of the car or will be offset against any money owing to GRC. We cannot offer you a car unless we can successfully take a deposit.


Global Rent a Car offer our cars to all customers with a basic insurance CDW and TW which reduce the renter’s liability for the vehicle to the Excess charge. For the different vehicles the Excess charge is as follows:

A special Super CDW / SCDW/ and Super TW /STW/ is available for those who wish to have no Excess charge.
SCDW and STW are available on request at the rental location.

The petrol expenses are not included in the rate. At the time of collection we will give you the car with full tank of fuel and will expect you to bring it back full. If you don’t, we will charge you EUR 1,5 per each liter petrol.

Driving outside Bulgaria is possible for a few countries and with extra charges.

You can cancel your reservation at any time, on the same way you made it.
A fee of $20.00 applies to all No Show reservation.
To avoid this charge, please if you change your travel plans log-in and cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your booking time.
Canceled on time reservations are not chargeable.
