Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record (no major moving violations, DUI convictions, or similar infractions). All drivers may be subject to a DMV check.

Due to the types of vehicles we rent and the nature of the insurance industry, all renters must carry their own liability and physical damage policies and coverage must be verified with their insurance company prior to the vehicle being rented.

Vehicles are available to international visitors with a valid passport and driver's license from their home country.

Additional drivers may be authorized for no additional fee, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary driver.

Vehicle delivery and pick-up is available to and from your door or any area airport. Fees are as follows, each way:

All renters must leave a damage deposit in the form of a credit card authorization. Any damage found on the vehicle upon return will be billed against this authorization.

When you make a reservation, we may authorize your credit card for 50% of the total rental cost. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we will process the charge as a "store credit" and apply the amount toward your rescheduled rental. If you cancel or reschedule at least 7 days before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your rental (or are a no-show at the time of rental), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost. Cancellation fees may be waived, at our sole discretion, for special circumstances (severe weather, etc.)

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are the preferred method of payment for rental fees and damage deposits. Cashier's checks or cash may be accepted if pre-arranged. Personal & Business Checks are not accepted.

All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when they were rented . Otherwise, a fuel charge of $6.00 per gallon will be applied. However, when you do gas up, all vehicles must be refueled with Premium grade (93+ octane) gasoline. There is a $50 fee for filling up with a lesser grade. And yes, we'll know.

We do not offer refunds for vehicle rentals. However, our goal is total satisfaction for our renters, so in certain situations we may offer credit for additional rental days (i.e. really miserable weather). This is solely at our discretion.

Rental vehicles may not be driven outside Nevada without prior written approval.

The vehicles may not be used:

· by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver's License has been suspended or restricted

· for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity

· to carry persons or property for hire

· to push or tow anything

· to exceed any posted speed limits

· in any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course (we're serious about this -- no insurance company on earth will cover the car while on the track, and that means we're both on the hook for a LOT of money)

· to teach anyone to drive

· on any unpaved surface



In the event of a violation of these Prohibited Uses, we reserve the right to remotely disable and retrieve the vehicle.

For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if this policy is violated.

The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.

Daily and weekend rentals include 100 miles free per day and weekly rentals include 700 miles free, unless otherwise stated. Each additional mile driven will be subject to a charge at the stated mileage rate.

Reservations are guaranteed - that means that if you reserve a specific car on a specific day, you will receive that car. We don't play bait-and-switch or double-book our cars. The only exceptions are - unforeseen mechanical breakdowns beyond our control, and single-day weekends (see below).

A 2-day minimum is required for a guaranteed weekend reservation. We can take reservations for 1-day rentals (Fri -> Sat or Sat -> Sun) or 1/2-day rentals (Sat or Sun) on a non-guaranteed / last-minute basis only. What that means is that we'll gladly rent you the car of your choice for a single day on the weekend, but a 2-day rental will take priority and you may be bumped to a different car. We will, however, do our best to fill the "other" day with a client, in which case we will guarantee rentals for everyone.
