RENTER MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME. A minimum of $300.00US or amount equal proposed rental credit card authorization required. Upfront payment will still require a credit card authorization.
