Pre-Paid Policy

Thank you for booking Casual Car Rental. The Rate and Car Type you have chosen is prepaid. The rate is fully refundable 48 hours prior to rental. You will receive a prepaid voucher via e-mail. Please print the voucher and take it with you. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-962-2782.

At Casual we only accept Visa and Mastercard. However many of our suppliers accept other forms of payment. Please see location specific details for acceptable forms of payment.

All Non-European clients MUST produce an International License upon arrival by German law

Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 21
Age 21 to 24 - Certain Locations have a underage surcharge for drivers 21-24.

5 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof EUR 3.00 applies per day(per additional driver)
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21
Additional Drivers under 23 are sublect to underage surcharge.

The vehicles are allowed to be driven in the following countries:Austria Belgium,Denmark,Finland,France, Germany,Italy,Netherlands,Norway, Portugal,Spain,Sweden,Switzerland, Vehicles allowed into the following countries with restriction if available a charge of 30.60 Euros plus tax: Croatia,Czech Republic,Estonia,Hungary,Latvia, Lithuania,Poland, and Slovakia
