Vehicle must be returned with the Same Fuel Level the vehicle was rented at, to avoid Refueling fee of $4.50 per Gallon.
Insurance replacement
Renter must present proof vehicle is in repair shop. Such proof must be a current repair bill, insurance claim number and an insurance card for the vehicle.
There may be some blackout periods.
All rates are based on calendar days.

$1.65 A DAY COST RECOVERY FEE COVERS :
state vehicle registration
licensing and titling fees
state personal property taxes
cost of state compliance
vehicle inspection
environment remedistion costs including but not limited to oil, battery and tire disposal.

Licensed
All drivers must be licensed for at least one year or more.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 18
Age 18 to 21 - $150.00 surcharge applies.
Age 22 to 23 - $40.00 surcharge applies.
Additional Drivers
1 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 4.00 applies per day(per additional driver)
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 18
$8.00 minimal for the first day/$4.00 each additional day
Driving Area
You CANNOT take vehicle outside
following states: NY, NJ, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia,
Conneticut, Rhode Island, Massachussets, New Hampshire, Maine, Canada,North Carolina, South Carolina. Should you drive
outside a 450-mile radius without
prior written authorization you will be charged .35 cents per mile above the provided free milage per day.
Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. If you are using a Cash Deposit you must have a New York Drivers License,2 Recent Pay Stubs and a Current Telephone Bill all in the Same Name.
