Shuttle Service
Affordable rent-a-car offers a courtesy shuttle during our normal business hours. After hours by appointment. Contact our office for after hour service.

We offer free door to door shuttle service any where in the Salt Lake valley.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 72 hour notice for cancellation. For less than 72 hour notice and for no shows there will be a fee equal to one day rental charge.

Fuel Policy
Fuel must be returned at the same level as rented.If not there will be a refueling charge. Refueling per gallon charges change daily. Your rental agent will have the rates at the time of your rental.

Deposit
Minimun deposit, Debit or Credit card $200.00 plus rental charges.

This is for a Snow Board Rack to fit on top of an SUV only.
Deductible Waiver
This is if you want to get some extra coverage for your rental if you are in an accident. This will cover your deductible up to 500.00 dollars and the loss of use of the rental if you are in an accident.
The loss of use is we charge you while our vehicle is being repaired since we are loosing money not renting the vehicle.

Cancelation Policy
DEAR CUSTOMER, AT AFFORDABLE RENT A CAR WE ASK FOR A 72 HOUR CANCELLATION (3 DAYS) NOTICE FOR OUR RENTALS. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BEFORE 72 HOURS YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ONE DAY RENTAL. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW FOR THE RESERVATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED A ONE DAY RENTAL PLUS AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF 25.00 DOLLARS. THANK YOU!

Geographic Restrictions
WE DO LIMIT OUR RENTALS TO GO TO THE SURROUNDING STATES OF UTAH. WE DO ALLOW PEOPLE TO GO TO YELLOWSTONE AND THE STATES THAT YELLOWSTONE GOES TO.
