In order to serve untapped markets, management has decided not to concentrate on just one type of rental office. Besides convenient airport locations, Advantage has opened offices throughout many cities, allowing the company to more efficiently service customers in its leisure, corporate, government contract and insurance replacement markets.


Advantage provides a 24-hour hotline for emergency roadside service in the case of mechanical failure of the vehicle. For an additional fee per day, Advantage offers Highway Helpers, an emergency roadside assistance product that assists travelers in cases where the renter is locked out of the vehicle, has misplaced the keys or has run out of gas.
