Drop Off Procedure
When returning during business hours park the vehicle at the back lot and bring the keys, mileage and gas level to the agent. Cancellation Policy
If a renter cancels within 72 hours of the reservation pick-up time a 25% of the time and mileage charges will be applied to their credit card. Trips to Mexico
Adobe allows the renter to take the vehicle into Mexico only when the renter pays a $20 per day Mexco entrance fee. Mexican Insurance mist be purchased at the renters expense sufficent to cover all damages to Adobe Transportation's vehicle. Fuel Charges
Vehicles generally go out with a full tank of gas. Upon return a charge of $5.00/gal will be added to the rental charges for fuel used. OUT OF ARIZONA MILEAGE
Vehicles are allowed to travel only to adjacent states touching Arizona. Renter may go to other states with special permission of Adobe. Renter must tell Adobe if they plan to leave the state and must be agreed to by the rental counter and added to the contract. Most vehicles have tracking devices that tell Adobe if vehicles leave the state. MILEAGE ALLOWANCE
A 200 mile per day allowance is given on all vehicles.Overage miles will be charged depending on the vehicle type. Rental Extensions
Renters paying by credit card may extend their rental contract by coming into the office and signing a new contract and credit card authorization. Return Condition
Adobe Transportation and renter both inspect the vehicle prior to the renter leaving the facility. The renter signs a walk around sheet acknowledging any prior damage. This sheet will be used to determine if any new damage has occured.The customer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition. If vehicle is not returned in the same condition a cleaning fee will be charged dependent on the condition of return. No Smoking
All vehicles are non-smoking. A $75 cleaning fee will be assessed if renter smoked in the vehicle. Smoking
One Way Rentals
No one way rentals are allowed Cleaning Fees
The vans are clean when the customer picks up the vehicle. The vehicle needs to be returned in a similar condition. Normal dirt is to be expected. However, garbage, stains, sand, tracked in dirt will be considered exsessive and cleaning fees maybe added to the rental charges. The fees will be based on the return condition. Taxes
Taxes, fees and surcharges are not included in the base rental rates. Collision Damage Wavier
The renter will be held financially responsible for any damage to the rental vehicle regardless of fault. Age Requirements
Minimum Age: NONE
Age NONE to 24 - $12.95 daily surcharge applies for each underage driver.
Age 25 to 25 - A $12.95/ day surcharge applies.Additional drivers between 21-24 pay $25.95/day surcharge fee.
Age 26 to 26 - $20 per day, must take our full insurance coverage
Renters between 21 and 24 years can rent with a $20.00 per day
Additional Drivers
2 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 5.00 applies per day(per additional driver) Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 25 Additional drivers who are betwwen the ages of 21-24 will pay a surcharge of $20 per day. Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are not accepted. Adobe Transportation accepts the following rental deposits: Debit Card, Company Account, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, DiscoverDirect Bill (with special approval) Payment Methods
Adobe Transportation accepts the following methods of payment: Debit Card, Company Account, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Direct Bill (with special approval) Pick-ups and Drop-offs
No Charge Pick-ups and drop-offs within radius of 5 kilometers
Insurance Policies and Surcharges
Renter must provide evidence of comprehensive and collision insurance coverage that extends to the rental vehicle, or we must be able to verify such coverage.
Underage Fee 12.95 per day This fee applies to all Renters aged between 21 and 25. Underage Surcharge 18-21 surcharge for is $25 and must be taken. 21-25 surcharge is $20 and must be taken Car Physical Damage Waiver 12.95 per day Renter is responsible for any physical damage to the rental vehicle while in Renter's possession, up to a limit of $1000 or the actual cost of repairs, whichever is lower. 21-25 Underage Surcharge drivers 21-25 Car Physical Wavier Damage 19.95 per day Renter may choose to purchase a $500 physical wavier damage protection. The renter is only responsible for the up to the first$500 of damage. Car Supplemental Liability Insurance 12.95 per day Provides primary coverage for up to one million dollars of liability claims. Car Mexican Insurance 20.00 per day Mexican Insurance must be purchased by Renters planning to cross the U.S. border into Mexico with the rental vehicle. Includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage, as well as roadside assistance and legal assistance. Van Physical Damage Waiver 19.95 per day Van Physical Wavier Damage 25.95 per day Renter may purchase a $500 physical wavier damage protection.This means the renter is only liable for the first $500 or less of damages. Van Mexican Insurance 35.00 per day Mexican Insurance must be purchased by Renters planning to cross the U.S. border into Mexico with the rental vehicle. Includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage, as well as roadside assistance and legal assistance. Van Supplemental Liability Insurance 14.95 per day Provides primary coverage for up to one million dollars of liability claims. Personal Accident And Property Insurance 4.95 per day Provides benefits for medical expenses, ambulance costs, accidental death of driver and passenger inside vehicle. Also covers damaged or destroyed property.
Cancelation Policy
No charge if cancelled before 72 hours of reservation. If cancelled within the 72 hours, 25% of the actual time and mileage will be charge.
If cancellation is within 48 hours, 50% of the actual time and mileage will be charged Insurance and Coverage
Renter must either purchase our collision coverage or show proof of full coverage insurance.
If renter uses his own insurance and has an accident a $2500 fee will be immediately charged to his credit card. Once the estimate for repairs is obtained either a refund or further charges will be made.
Renter is responsible to obtain reimbursment from his own insurance.
