We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone at or via email .

Valid credit card bearing the name of the primary driver must be presented at the time of Rental. The credit card must also have a minimum of $500 plus the rental amount available at the time of vehicle pick up. This restriction may be waived for corporate/ account customers.
We may refuse to rent if the above requirement is not met. Call our office for more details .

Please note that any reservations requested for high end/ luxury/ specialty vehicles during the weekends, must be reserved for a minimum of 3 days. These vehicles are not rented for 1 or 2 days on the weekends. A minimum 3 day charge would apply.

Kilometers are unlimited as long as the vehicle remains inside the province of Ontario, with a maximum of 3000km. If the vehicle is traveling outside of Ontario, kilometers are 200kms daily, 1400kms weekly, and 3000kms monthly. Additional kilometers are charged according to vehicle size between .12 and .18 per km. Unlimited mileage does not apply to luxury/ specialty vehicles.

The destination must be mentioned at the time of the rental. An additional $5/day will apply for out of province usage, and $10/day for USA usage. Destination must be stated at the time of rental. Failure to do so may void any CDW purchased, and the renter may be charged upto $500 in penalties.

Local renters implies customers renting a vehicle in their province of residence or those that are unable to provide a boarding pass.
Following restrictions apply:
- Unlimited mileage is not offered. Kms are limited to 200kms/day with a maximum of 4000kms/ month only.
- Proof of liability coverage in Ontario must be provided(car insurance slip in the renters name). We reserve the right to decline renting the vehicle if proper documentation is not provided.
- We service our local clientele within the following hours only:
Mon - Fri : 8am - 6pm
Sat - Sun: 9am - 1pm
- Vehicle may be picked up during extended airport hours but return must be during the hours stated above. Additional days charge may apply if vehicle returned during extended hours.

Our offices in each location operate with the same hours. Following are our hours of operation for customers arriving by air:

Mon - Fri : 8am - 10pm
Sat- Sun: 9am- 6pm.

Free Shuttle service provided within the above stated hours only. After hours pick up can be arranged at an additional charge From $50 to $100 depending on your arival time. 24hrs key drop off is available for customers returning beyond our hours of operation. PLEASE NOTE SHUTTLE SERVICE IS ONLY PROVIDED DURING OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOUR TO THE AIRPORT .

Cancellations must be submitted 72hrs prior to pickup time.For weekend/long weekend cancellation request must be sent 72hrs before the weekend. Cancellations submitted within 72hrs of the pick up time will be subject to a 1 day rental charge at our regular rates. Any early returns may be a subject to a full charge as per reservation or at our regular rates. This applies to : Compact, intermediate, standard, mid size,and full size vehicles.

Due to the demand on our fleet during high season, all cancellations on confirmed reservations are subjected to full rental charges as per the reservation. This applies for the following vehicles: 12 PASSENGER VANS,minivans, SUVs, luxury & exotic vehicles, convertibles and moving trucks.

NO REFUNDS ON ANY VEHICLE RESERVATIONS AS MENTION ABOVE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We accept all North American Licences.
Drivers licences with restrictions must check with their local province laws. Any discrepencies may result in decling to rent the vehicle.
Any drivers licence outside of North America must be in English and be accompanied by a passport.
International Licences must also be accompanied with passport.
Please note that for security reasons, we may request upto 3 ID's.

Any customers which decline our LDW packages must present proof of personal LDW/insurance at the rental counter at the time of pickup.

For customers using their credit cards as insurance, must check with their respective companies for liability coverage. A mandatory charge of $8.99/day applies for lack of liability or 3rd party coverage.

Please note credit cards only covers CDW/(collision damage)not damage to any property or 3rd party. Credit card coverage only extends to the vehicle and not to any persons involved. Please contact your credit card insurance provider for more info.

Reservations are not confirmed unless submitted atleast 48hrs prior to the pick up date.
If reserving within 48hrs of pick up time please call the office to confirm. Vehicle will be held for you for 2 hrs beyond your reservation time. If you are late by more than four hours we cannot guarantee you a car.

Vehicle must be returned at the same level of fuel as rented. A $25 service charge plus fuel cost will apply if not returned at the same level

All Exotic and Luxury car rentals require a minimum of $5000.00 deposit on a credit card

All Exotic and Luxury car rentals include 100km free per day.

Moving trucks may be requested for 24hr shifts during the weekdays. 6 hr shifts apply on weekends and at the end of the month.

50km free per shift are included in all moving trucks rentals Mon-Fri.


25km free per shift are included in all moving trucks rentals Sat-Sun.

Minimum Age: 23

Age 23 to 23 - $15 Surcharge applies.

Age 24 to 24 - $15 Surcharge applies.

Age 25 to A - A

Age 21+ for Moving Trucks Age 23+ for regular cars/minivans/SUV Age 25+ for Luxury and Exotic vehicles.

1 additional drivers permitted an additional chargeof $ 5.00 applies per day(per additional driver)

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 23

All additional drivers must have valid driver licence Additional drivers may be requested to provide a valid credit card under their name at the time of the rental.

Cash deposits are not accepted.
Zoom Rent-A-Car accepts the following rental deposits:

VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Direct Bill (with special approval)

Zoom Rent-A-Car accepts the following methods of payment:

Debit Card, VISA Check, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Direct Bill (with special approval), Cash

No Charge Pick-ups and drop-offs within radius of 10 kilometers

Any renters which have transferable insurance, or carry any Credit Card that covers rental insurance may transfer it to some rental vehicles.
If transferable insurance is not confirmed at the time of the rental, customer is required to purchase one of the CDW packages offered by our company.
If CDW/LDW is declined, the customer personally assumes full responsibility for the total cash value of the vehicle and any other charges resulting from any damages incurred while rented.
Moving trucks, Luxury and Exotic vehicles are required to purchace one of the CDW packages offered.
