Did not end up renting due to unavailability..
Fantastic service snd vehicle
Van was very useful
The Vancouver rental pick up and wait time is horrible. I waited 90 minutes for the pickup.

A little out of the way, but one of the only agencies that rent larger capacity vehicles.
We needed 8 passenger.
Picked up the Vehicle To find out that the front A/C was not working. Took it back to the Rental place - and instead of being offered another van - We had to wait for them to go get a piece to fix the van and service it. Delayed us 30-45 minutes. Also some charging outputs in the van did not work. (2 out of 3 did not work).
