The car I ordered wasn\'t there. They tried to pawn off a fuel guzzler on me until another more fuel efficient vehicle showed up which I ended up having to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. Nothing was offered for my time and inconvenience. I also heard over people up at the counter that were paying 50$ less a week for a full size vehicle than I paid for what was suppose to be an economy car. I\'m not very impressed.

All I can say is that the staff were amazing!!!!

An excellent experience. We would recommend Winnipeg U-Drive to friends and family. Staff were pleasant and enthusiastice, value for the rental was exceptional, and the car was clean and in great working order. We also appreciated the friendly - free - transfer to the airport. Keep up the good work.

We had requested a mini van and it said grand caravan or similar. We got a Montana that was falling apart. The seats were ripped, there wasn\'t a panel on the car that wasn\'t dinged or scratched - it was embarrassing to drive. It smelled like smoke and they had promised us a non smoking vehicle as my mom has trouble breathing and the smoke made her choke every time we were in the van. Several times the van lost power and shock - saying traction control was kicking in on dry summer roads.

I was very impressed with the service and the rental rate for this weekend car rental. I have already recommended Wpg URent to two of my friends as a car rental agency that is an excellent choice in Winnipeg, MB !

The car I was given had not been inspected or cleaned. The seats were dirty and the suspension was faulty. It was impossible to exchange the car because the company was closed over the long weekend.

The only negative was that the vehicle was a bit older than normal and had a knocking sound underneath throughout the rental period.

The car shuttle took approx. 1/2 hour to be picked up from the airport to be taken to the car rental agency otherwise everything else was good.

The first vehicle we received was in bad repair. Dirty interior (although apparently cleaned) and it had several maintenance warning lights that kept flashing. We tried for 3 days to change vehicles and finally did for one that had tire issues :(
