We offer a pick up and drop off serive withn city limits. (must be aranged at time of rental)

Minimum Age: 20

We will accept 18yr old and up with a major credit card in their name.

Cash Deposit Rentals

Value Rent-A-Car accepts cash deposit rentals.

We welcome cash renters. Cash rentals require $250 Cash deposit and the rental paid in advance. Also if renting with cash rental, $250.00 will be held for 10 government buisness days due to photo radar. Cash Renters must also be 21yrs or older.
