Waited over 20 minutes to received rented car. Clerk told me 3 times that car was on it\'s way but it wasn\'t.

They left my family at the airport because we took to long getting our luggage. They came back and shuttled us to their car place then told us since we didn\'t have a major credit card we had to pay an extra $200 non refundable even though when I called on the phone he said I could use my bank card as credit no problem but didn\'t tell me about the fee so I declined and had to find another car rental at 11 at night. And then have them shuttle me back to the airport.

This was the worst experience ever renting a car! Not only were there hidden fees and extra charges, but the gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was disrespectful and SHOULD NOT be working in the customer service field. The service was so poor that it made me cancel my reservations. Instead, we spent less money elsewhere for way better quality and service. My suggestion is to fire that man as he poorly represents your company, unless that's how he was trained.

I didn't get the guy's name but he was very rude and lacked customer service. Ended up going to enterprise and had no problem paying more since they had such good customer service and ended up getting a way nicer car.

The sales agent attempted to pressure me into purchasing rental car insurance, when my in fact my insurance covered the rental car. It took over 45 -60 mins for the agent to get the confirmation; which was only gained after I had to call my insurance agency because he was unable to get whatever information he was looking for from my declaration page. It was frustrating and a huge waste of time; I arrived at 7:30pm didn't leave until almost 9pm.

I had to wait about a half an hour at the airport to be picked up, but no line once I got to Holiday Inn. I also had to wait another half hour for the Holiday Inn shuttle to take me to airport upon my return.

1st the agent kept trying to force me to get the sunpass. I paid $4 in toll the sunpass would have cost me $45. The rental car was old, made noises and had a stench. The rep gave me a hard time about using my own insurance because she wanted me to purchase your insurance.

Service was poor. The woman at the front desk was rude and not helpful. She was unable to assist and/or explain what paperwork was missing or how to locate it. This was my first experience with renting and I will not be renting from this company again. The first car we received was in poor condition. Numerous chips, dents, etc. we had to exchange it due to being unable to see at night while driving as the headlights barely worked and the brakes were just as bad. Our exchanged car was better.

The brakes had a grinding sound, which made me uncomfortable. I reported when I returned and felt that they did note it to have it taken care of.
