I returned the ca r one early but was charged for the full rental. The agent pointed out that in the agreement I was responsible for the full amount. I. Believe that if I had paid a penalty it would have been less than a full days rental. this gave me Abadan feeling about your company.

When I arrived at the location, I was told that the quote that I received was inaccurate and did not include over $200 in additional fees that I wasn't previously aware. I would never rent from them again!!!!!!!!! This company should be closed down immediately for false advertising and scamming on customers.

The folks at the front desk were great. The ones outside in the garage were quite disorganized and confused, but it was a busy holiday week.

Got an upgrade in the car because of problems with the first one...had to turn back to return it...the condition in the inside of the second car was not the best..

Everything was good except the wait to be picked up at airport, it was longer than expected. Took approximately 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and when we got to the office there was no one ( other customers) there, so didn't understand why the wait was so long. Many other company shuttles made 4 to 5 rounds while we waited.

This is probably the worst rental car company I have ever delt with! Here is how the whole process went through. We called the number on the reservation sheet to be picked up at the airport. Our driver, Omar, picked us up about 10 minutes late. He was unfriendly greeting us and managed to send text messages the entire time while driving us to the rental shop! The reservation was messed up in the system and we had to cancel, they charged us a $50 cancelation fee!! Worst company ever!

This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I called from the airport after my flight was delayed and the man who answered was rude and unhelpful. Then my flight was cancelled and I couldn't get in to collect my rental until the next day and spent 4 hours calling during normal business hours on a weekday with no one answering. The voicemail was full so no messages could be left. I was stranded at the airport until I decided to go with another rental company! DON'T RENT FROM HERE

Rental car company failed on several key points: - Failed to provide me with the car I reserved and forced me to upgrade from mid-sized to full size - Representative at the front desk was rude and tried to mislead me into buying insurance even though I clearly stated I wanted to waive their insurance coverage because I have coverage already - Car given to me was dirty and old - Manager did not care about their inability to supply customers with their reserved car Overall FAIL!
